SC7 ElectroForge is an electronics and automation company in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai. We design the hardware, write the firmware and PLC logic, build the panels and install them on site, so you deal with one team for the whole project.

Copper-clad laminate is plated and etched; solder mask and silkscreen protect and label every trace.

A laser-cut stencil prints the exact volume of paste onto every pad.

Vision-guided heads set every component precisely in position.
Reflow
A controlled thermal profile peaking near 245 °C turns paste into strong, shiny joints.
Test & ship
Flying-probe and functional tests verify every net on every board.
